Jill Schlenker

Administrative Head Coach

Hi my name is Coach Jill, I have been a coach with Jaws since 2017. I swam competitively for 7 years in my youth and continue to compete at the masters' level now. From an early age swimming as been a part of my life and I am excited to pass my knowledge and love of this lifelong sport on to other swimmers. When I am not on the pool deck, coaching, officiating or swimming you can find me working for Agraria Insurance Company as a Business Analyst.

Courtnay Kiecker

Assistant Head Coach - Competition Team

Hi, I’m Coach Courtnay! I began my swimming career in 2013, and ever since I’ve spent nearly all my time in and around pools, whether that be competing, coaching, lifeguarding, or teaching swimming lessons. I currently attend the University of Jamestown, where I am working towards a degree in accounting, as well as competing for the Jimmie’s Women’s Swimming and Diving team as a backstroker. On the off chance I’m not at the pool, I’m either watching Jeopardy!, or I’m at my family’s farm with my pet goats, BB and Bentley.

Autumn Shafer

Assistant Coach - Little Fins

Hi my name is Autumn Shafer, I have 3 grown children, my eldest is in Arizona, my middle child is in North Carolina and my youngest is in Montana I also have one spoiled husband and puppy. I currently work at The Anne Carlson Center as a PT aid and swim instructor. I have 30 plus years of experience in the water world, as an aquatic/fitness director, lessons coordinator and with the Jaws swim team over the years. I hold may certifications with the American Red Cross and am newly certified Autism / special needs swim teacher. I love working with all ages in and around the water and love that I get the opportunity to work with Jaws again.
