10 minute break & coaches meeting … pool is open for warm-ups/cool down -

4. 100 Backstroke Mixed - Open

5. 50 Breaststroke Mixed - Open

6. 25 Freestyle Mixed - 8 & Under

7. 400 Individual Medley Mixed - Open

8. 200 Backstroke Mixed - Open
